New Turbine and Bearing Replacement prices

When shoud you replace your turbine?

When your handpiece stops functioning, it's often due to worn-out bearings that need replacement.

Our turbine rebuild service provides a cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire turbine each time. We carefully remove the old bearings and any excessively worn parts, thoroughly clean the turbine, and install new bearings and O-rings. After precise calibration and testing, we return your handpiece, ensuring it runs nearly as good as new.
Signs that you should replace it.
You should replace the turbine in a dental handpiece when you notice signs of wear or performance decline, such as:

-
Decreased Power – Reduced cutting efficiency or sluggish performance.
-
Unusual Noises – High-pitched whining, rattling, or excessive vibration.
-
Air or Water Leaks – Inconsistent spray or airflow issues.
-
Frequent Bur Slippage – Difficulty securing burs properly.
-
Excessive Heat – Handpiece becomes unusually hot during use.

Regular maintenance can extend turbine life, but if these issues persist, a replacement is likely needed.
