How to Send Us Your Handpieces
Step 1:
Print and fill out the Work Order Form, then place inside the shipping box.
Alternatively, you can ask us to send you a mailing kit with a few business reply labels and a padded box to send all your handpieces in.

Please print the work order form to give us an idea of what is wrong; what you would like done; and if you prefer a free estimate beforehand. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.

Get a pre-paid shipping label instantly
